A must for small businesses! October 15, 2009 Yamile Jackson (USA) 11 out of 12 found this review helpful
This book has given me tremendous insight as to what works and what doesn't (AND WHY!). The information not only helps me in setting up and executing an email marketing strategy, but it is a very great resource for learning best practices. I already have seen a difference in how I do e-mail business and what is most important: I am seeing results.
The book is easy to read and with a lot of added value! I am buying this book for colleagues that are owners of small businesses. This is the time to be productive in business with the least amount of resources as possible. This book helps you do just that. Thanks, Mr. Groves!

Compact, Concise & Engaging November 10, 2009 CreativeTech (Fairfax, VA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I had really just intended to flip through this book when I first saw it, but found as I was halfway through the first chapter that I had been drawn in by the engaging and concise content. The book is a quick read and, as small business owners, both my wife and I found it packed with useful information. Some of this information each of us probably already knows, but having this available as a handy desk reference when crafting or sending business communication, I think, is invaluable. If this book has helped me retain even one customer (and I'm sure it has) it has already paid for itself. Kudos to Mr. Groves for writing such a handy and enjoyable little tome.
Guide offers practical, useful advice October 21, 2009 R. Morville (Boston) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This book is written in an easy to read format that reflects directly on Constant Contact's overall approach. Top notch advice from an industry leader. Chapter One's "Know It or Blow It" rules give some true gems! The customer examples are invaluable. I would recommend this book to small business owners just starting out with their marketing strategies and long time users looking for new tips and tricks to invigorate their current programs. Thanks to Eric for providing the handbook to customer relationship success!
