Product Description Vimpel Communications (VimpelCom) is a Moscow-based telecommunication service provider, offering a comprehensive range of services in the areas of wireless, fixed and broadband technologies. These services are offered under the brands “Beeline” and “Golden Telecom”. The service offerings of the company include voice & data services, internet, integrated telecommunication service, IP services and m-commerce. The company is also involved in the sale of wireless handsets and accessories. VimpelCom offers these services through its subsidiaries to the Retail, Corporate and Government segments.
